A book... seven seals... no one worthy... but John wept...

I saw in the right hand of Him on the throne

A book written within and on the back, sealed with seven seals
A strong angel cried with a loud voice: “Who is worthy?”

No man in heaven, earth, or under — none could open it
And John said, “I wept much, ‘cause no one was found fit”

Then one of the elders told me, “Weep not, child, look and see

The Lion of Judah, Root of David, He has prevailed!”
I looked — and there stood a Lamb, as it had been slain
Seven horns, seven eyes — seven Spirits sent through all the earth

He came and took the book from the right hand of the Throne...

Four beasts and twenty-four elders fell down with harps in hand
Golden vials full of incense — that’s the prayers of the saints
And they sang a new song before the Lamb:

Worthy is the Lamb! Power, riches, wisdom, strength!

Honor, glory, blessing — be unto Him at length!
Ten thousand times ten thousand angels cried it out:
“Worthy is the Lamb that was slain!”

Every creature in heaven, earth, under earth, and sea said:
“Blessing, honor, glory, power be unto Him who sits on the Throne
And unto the Lamb forever and ever!”
