I celebrate not only a father but a remarkable man through whom I have my being. You are my second God on earth, and I believe my days are many because I honor and respect you. Your life has been a testimony of strength, sacrifice, courage, and unwavering love.
You have survived countless battles for the sake of your family. Your heroic character is contagious, and it runs through my veins. You are a true provider—a gatherer who walked miles and endured hardships to put food on the table when famine and difficult times struck nations. Because of your sacrifices, we stood strong.
You have been our guide and life coach, always willing to share your lifetime of wisdom and experiences to help us navigate life's challenges. Whenever we were lost, you pointed us in the right direction. Whenever we were weak, you encouraged us to rise again.
You have also been our defender. When others rose against us without cause, you stood firmly by our side. You protected us, believed in us, and gave us the confidence to face the world.
You are my pillar of strength, a reflection of God's character in our lives. Your breath was never empty—it gave life, purpose, and direction to me and my siblings. Because of you, we proudly call ourselves your children, ( Velly, Atress, Joan, Jacob, Essau, Harriet and Rachel).
