As kitties rose and friendship’s chorus rang.

Brothers of the club came, none was a stranger.
Tees and toasts, drives and cheers,
To honor a General we’ve known for years.
Gen GG Shipi — name etched in grace,
A large heart that no fairway can encase.
Philanthropist by deed, mentor by role,
You give without count, and you lead with soul.
Sixty today, but your swing is still strong, Your wisdom deeper, your spirit lives long.
May Rayfield’s greens be a foretaste, my friend,
Of celebrations that’ll stretch to 100 and beyond.
So here’s to you, Sir, on this noble course,
May health, joy, and honor be your driving force.
